Introduction
St Crispin’s school shares KCC commitment to the Health and Safety of all our members and we believe that we have a duty to support and safeguard the well being of all our pupils and staff. We are committed to the principles of the National Healthy Schools Standards.

Through the general ethos of the school we aim to encourage and develop our pupils learning and provide support appropriate to their needs.

Education about drugs is not wholly about what drugs are, but also about people and their social settings. We will therefore develop attitudes, values and skills as well as knowledge so that the pupils can make informed decisions in the future. Parents will receive guidance through the prospectus and meetings about the school’s approach to drug awareness and be consulted at reviews.
